Yoga Basics is a foundations class where you will learn the fundamentals of different poses. This class is very similar to an Iyengar style class focusing on alignment. Ever wonder how to place your hands in downward facing dog or what angle to place your foot in Warrior 1? Don't know what those poses are? If so, this is the class for you.
This is a mixed level class open to everyone.
